Eight years ago, I took a leap of faith—sold all my belongings, packed two suitcases, and crossed the Atlantic to be with the love of my life, a British girl who had stolen my heart. Starting over in a new country wasn’t easy. I worked tirelessly to earn my UK residency and build a life here, fueled by my passion for American-style BBQ. Inspired by the recipes I grew up with in Florida and honoring my mother, I founded this BBQ catering business to bring authentic, slow-cooked flavors to the UK.

We’re open daily on delivery apps, serving up mouth-watering BBQ with that true Southern taste. Every dish is made with heart and soul, crafted from scratch, and cooked low and slow—just like back home. It’s been a tough journey, but I’m determined to see this dream through.
